Shefali planned and coreographed my entire wedding in April of 05. She is absolutely excellent and I would refer her to anyone who is looking to put together entertainment for any type of event. With a large family and very limited “experienced” dancers, Shefali went out of her way to not only put together an entire Sangeet routine but also coordinate with different members and different timeslots to get everyone involved and trained. She also worked closely with my DJs, videographers, etc to coordinate song and routines to make the event memorable and unique. Nach Xpressions is definitely a one stop shop for all your event entertainment and I’m certain Shefali could provide her clients with utmost satisfaction!
Shefali is an amazing choreographer! She organized all of the performances for my Sept ’09 wedding and coordinated with my vendors. She not only took the time to get to know my family and friends, but catered the performances so that they would be comfortable dancing, and also catered the skits to be meaningful to my husband and I. She even got my husband to do a surprise performance at our sangeet for me (and he never danced before!). There were four days of events and over 30 people performing, but Shefali patiently taught each person and selected the music accordingly! By the end she was a family member herself!! In the end there were beautiful surprises, loads of laughter, tears of joy, and all of our guests were energized to party the night away!

I’ve known Shefali for quite some time and let me tell you she has talent to fit your style for any occassion. She has choreographed three of our family wedding receptions and my family and I really love her. She is passionate about dancing, has patience teaching others, creativity to match each individuals style, and makes dancing possible for anybody, at any age. She has a lot of energy, is able to fit into your busy schedule, and has many valuable ideas for other wedding needs. She definitely will become a part of your family as she did mine by the end of the dance lessons. I would definitely recommend her for you ladies and gentlemen looking for help in dance choreography!

In case you don’t get down to the bottom of the post, I just want to start off by saying that Shefali is awesome. She taught us two dances for our wedding that were received with massive applause and much admiration. In fact, it may well have been the highlight of the whole wedding festivities. We could not have done it without her and we’re so happy she was able to help us on our very special day. That said, the story starts about two months ago when we were planning for our wedding, which was three weeks ago. Shefali showed up, recommended by our wedding planner with an open mind, tailoring our choreography to our tastes and capabilities, while at the same time challenging us to reveal our inner ability. Four one-hour sessions later, she had choreographed two dances – one fast for our Sangeet (pre-wedding party), and one slow for our first dance. She was patient and kind, forgiving me for my clumsiness, while finding something to display my fiance’s more talented dancing skills. She was even able to work around our busy and crazy schedules (we’re both physicians). In the end, for a cost that was lower than anyone else we could find, she had choreographed fun, exciting, and interesting dances that people are still complimenting us on how awesome it was, incredulous that we had learned it in only four sessions. If you want great results, at a reasonable cost, have fun doing it, and like receiving compliments, Shefali is the way to go. Thanks, Shefali!
